POWER is seeking a full-time/Permanent Archaeological Field Monitor for our Cultural Resource Group to join the Environmental Practice team working in the Oregon and Idaho area. The position will require a full-time commitment to a single project in Oregon and Idaho.  The position includes a full suite of benefits listed below and is offering a salary of $30 to $40 per hour based on qualification and availability.Â
This is a full-time position with a long-term steady work schedule with numerous opportunities for overtime and per diem. The Project may require a 6-day work week with workdays being potentially more than 10 hours per day.
Compliance Monitoring, log upkeep, daily inspections, ongoing communication, providing archaeological expertise, and safety management will be the primary focus of the position.  Familiarity with iPad tablets, digital forms, uploading and downloading data, photography, and GPS units is highly recommended.

Five to Ten (5 to 10)+ years of experience as a project archaeologist, crew chief, or archaeologist in the Columbia Plateau, Northern Great Basin, or greater Pacific Northwest
