Bear Creek Archeology, Inc, a cultural resource management company based in Cresco, Iowa, is seeking field technicians for the field season.  Hourly position with a $19-21/hr rate, based on experience.  Fieldwork will include primarily Phase I cultural resource surveys (e.g., pedestrian survey, shovel and bucket auger testing, screening, etc.) as well as possible laboratory duties and report assistance.  Qualified candidates must have ability to: quickly respond to project needs, work in diverse terrain, work well with others and be a proactive member of a team.  Valid driver's license required.  Experience performing archeological survey and excavation helpful.  Travel is required as most jobs involve working on a weekly basis, and overtime is anticipated.  Per diem and single occupancy hotel provided.  To apply for this position, please send your resume and contact information to Derek V.
