Summary
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Critical Hiring Need to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
About the Position: Selections will be made at the GS-05 grade level with no promotion potential. Positions may be filled at any of the locations listed above. Positions will run from May through August 2023. Incumbent will need to be available to start in the position by May 26, 2023.

Qualifications
This is an open-continuous announcement. Referral lists may be requested to fill vacant positions throughout the life of the announcement. Cutoff for receipt of applications will be midnight CST on the date that the referral list is requested. Applications received after the cutoff date, may be considered on future referral lists.
Position may be filled as a temporary appointment NTE 1 year. Temporary appointments may be extended up to a maximum of 18 months. A current permanent Army employee is not eligible for return placement under a new appointment.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes preparing reports, documentation or correspondence based on information collected during archival studies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-04).

Education: Four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60. Add the two percentages.
