This position is located in the Division of Hydropower Licensing in the Office of Energy Projects.

In addition to the education required for this position, you must have one full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 level. Specialized experience is defined as: experience in preparing environmental documents or reports (such as Environmental Assessments or Environmental Impact Statements pursuant to NEPA, study plans or reports, or license or permit applications) and experience analyzing archeological, historical, and cultural resource issues.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including any volunteer experience.
