ESI seeks a full-time Branch Manager to complement its Cultural Resources Group program. As part of the team, the successful candidate is responsible for timely and cost-effective conception, implementation, and completion of CRM projects on behalf of ESI’s industry-specific clientele and a regional focus.
Exceptional organizational and record keeping skills are imperative to successfully manage multiple archaeological projects concurrently, satisfying client requirements and maintaining professional and company standards and ethics. Quality communication skills are required as this position coordinates project input from clients, agencies, staff and subcontractors.
The successful candidate’s expertise includes supervising CRM professionals, technical review of deliverables within the constraints project budgets and schedules. Demonstrated communication excellence, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively supervise people are requisite. This position requires up to 20% travel outside the local area, often overnight, and reports directly to the Cultural Resources Group Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters in anthropology, architectural history, historic preservation, or related field.
Minimum 5 year of experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must be detail oriented
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effectively communicate with a variety of people
Exceptional organizational skills
Compensation:
This full-time position includes a competitive pay and benefits package. The salary range is $95,000-$110,000 per year.
