Richard Grubb and Associates (RGA) is seeking senior level geophysical archaeologist to direct our geophysical program. This individual will be based at our Nashville, Tennessee or Wake Forest, North Carolina branch offices or our New Jersey headquarters. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to join our growing full-service cultural resource management firm, to grow our geophysical practice, and to work with our dedicated staff on a wide variety of projects.
The candidate will be a technical expert with at least 10 years’ experience in the areas of geophysics and archaeology and will be responsible for the growth and management of our geophysical program. Major areas of responsibility include supervising staff and coordinating with project managers, staff development, preparing proposals and cost estimates, marketing RGA’s geophysical and archaeological services, and managing all aspects of geophysical survey projects. The successful candidate must be a superior writer and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

This full-time position includes a competitive pay and benefits package. The salary range is $80,000-$93,000 per year.
