Job Description
PaleoWest is actively searching for motivated professionals nationwide to serve in our Ambassador Program, and we encourage you to apply. Ambassadors at PaleoWest are regional leaders in archaeology history, or paleontology who provide oversight and mentorship in field and office settings while promoting our cutting-edge digital workflow systems. Ambassadors set the bar wherever they are working, provide leadership while building that capacity in others, and are ready to deploy for projects in a variety of settings.
Qualifications

At least a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology or a closely related field
Two years of cultural resources experience within the region of potential employment
Demonstrable knowledge of the cultural resources and field methods within that region
Ability to take ownership of projects and overcome challenges with problem solving thinking
Desire to provide mentorship to colleagues and improve field methods and systems
Enthusiasm for travel and taking on new opportunities

Previous leadership experience and a desire for advancement within the CRM industry are preferred. PaleoWest Ambassadors are aggressively compensated commensurate to qualifications and performance. We are looking for best field leadership in the nation to grow our team and PaleoWest is offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus to those who join the Ambassador Team.
