An Archaeologist position is available with the Center for Environmental Management of Military lands (CEMML) at Edwards Air Force Base, California. The Archaeologist shall provide on-site support for the Cultural Resources Management Program at Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB), California. Primary tasks include data and document collection and synthesis, data entry, field verification, GIS attribution, site record updates, and report preparation. This position requires excellent skills in observation, documentation, and reporting; a positive attitude; strong work ethic; commitment to quality and safety; and experience collating, tracking, reviewing, and commenting on field reports conducted by others.

PAY RATE
Annual salary range $55,000 – $65,000. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
