We are seeking an Environmental Planner 4 to act as a senior level environmental planner, advising agency staff on environmental laws in coordination with other agency policies and programs. This position is responsible for ensuring the agency’s compliance with the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA), the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and the Administrative Procedures Act, as well as other statutes and regulations, thereby reducing the agency’s exposure to legal risk.
